Uff Da Challenge
Saturday 18th of May
Hartz Park Thief River Falls [map]

The Uff Da Challenge is a Scandinavian-themed obstacle course race sure to have Thor himself saying, "Uff Da!"

Winding through the heart of Thief River Falls, you'll climb high walls and ropes, crawl under and over obstacles, swing, wade/swim (water level permitting!), and run your way to the finish line!

The course will be 3-4 miles and you can expect to see these types of obstacles:

-Climbing Walls, Ropes, and Cargo Nets
-Cold Water Tanks and Uncomfortable Crawls
-Monkey Bars and Rope Bridges
-Balance Beams, Log Vaults, and Jumping Targets
-Sandbag Carries and Boulder Rolls
-River Crossing (Depending on water level!)

Some obstacles will require assistance/teamwork to complete. If you cannot complete an obstacle or you touch the "hot lava", you may bypass the obstacle after a small burpee penalty. The challenge is for everyone, so don't let the fear of not being able to do something ...
