Since 2019, we've been bringing the fun and challenge of obstacle course racing to our hometown, here in Thief River Falls. Whether you're pulling out all the stops to vie for the Thor's Hammer trophy or laughing your way through the course with your friends, you will climb, swing, run, crawl, and slide your way through a variety of obstacles designed to challenge you mentally and physically. Let's leave that comfort zone behind and see what you're made of!

Come out and kick start St. Bernard's 2nd annual block party extravaganza on August 21st with a festive 5K color run! ALL ARE WELCOME! We will have 4 color stations throughout the race! We can't wait to see you all. Race will start at St. Bernards and end at St. Bernards. We will have food trucks, bouncy house, games, music and much more throughout the day!

Join Bike Thief River Falls for their THIRD Annual Rosewood Gramble!
2 gravel choices: rambles, or scrambles on gravel (Gramble). The Rosewood 29-mile Gramble and the Rosewood 100K Gramble
3 paved routes: the 30 mile-Rosewood 30, our Sweet Nineteen-mile route in honor of our retired Sweet Sixteen route. All routes have been changed with the start and end location at River and Rails Brewing. For those folks looking for a lower mileage ride we have the Lucky 7 route, a tour of Thief River Falls that will take you through 6 roundabouts in 6.8 miles. Holy roundabout density!
There will be a rest stop for the 29-mile Gramble at mile 17.5 at the historic Rosebank School near our ride’s namesake of Rosewood. This is the same rest stop that will be used for the Rosewood 30 loop, and it will also be on the 100K Gramble route. Water, snacks, and …
