Each month we’ll choose a cookbook, everyone picks a recipe to make at home, and then we’ll come together to share our dishes (and our cooking adventures).
Stop by the Library and we will have the cookbook out for recipes to pick.
This months cookbook will be Dac Biet: An Extra-Special Vietnamese Cookbook by Nini Nguyen and Sarah Zorn is a 2024 cookbook featuring 100 recipes that blend traditional Vietnamese flavors with New Orleans influences, offering classics like phở and bánh mì alongside unique dishes like Viet-Cajun Seafood Boil.
